Intro   Compact feel in general ensemble and safely into the Theme.   A little lack of blend in tutti cornets at times, but the flow is commendable.27 detailed playing  

Variation1 is rather above mp at times, and contrasts could be a little better. 67 Nice flow here A little tuning in horns (78) and a few slightly frantic moments. 93 Lovely feel created, and effective solo work.  

Variation 3 some accurate and well projected figures. Nice dynamics at 196. 201 tasteful cornet and also flugel horn. 213 again nice balance and flow. A little loose into 219. Delightful close.  

Variation 5 255 again a little loose, but much to admire. The music has life and vitality with good projection.  

The maturity of the band is tremendous and your attention to detail is impressive.
