Megan Taylor Principal Cornet Megan started playing at the age of 7 under Dave Pope in the youth band. She moved onto Flugel aged 11 and made it into the Senior Band on 3rd cornet when she was 13. She worked her way up through the cornet ranks to 2nd man down and then took a "career break" in 2007 shortly before the birth of her second daughter Daisy.
Her banding highlights are being the first Cornish band to play at Brass in Concert and also playing at the Albert Hall. Nicknames: Meg, Megs
